Orchestra
We’ve been working with musicians from Budapest’s biggest orchestras longer than anyone else, giving us the deepest and most loyal network of professionals to call upon for your recordings.
We can thus reliably book you the best musicians from the State Opera Orchestra, the Hungarian Radio Orchestra and the National Philharmonic Orchestra, even at short notice.
As the top musicians within Budapest, they will play your music to a high standard, in whatever style you require, in very few takes. Their speed, quality and adaptability is what has made them the “go-to” orchestra for many hundreds of movies, tv programs, documentaries, games, shows, albums and commercials.
Choirs
We have many years’ experience assembling choirs to meet your exact needs by age, gender, size or style of singing. When it comes to adults, we mostly work with VoiceStation as they are skilled in delivering a wide range of musical styles including classical, jazz and gospel. For children’s choirs we draw from the award-winning Zoltán Kodály Hungarian Choir School.
Specialized ensembles, musicians and instruments
String quartets, chamber groups, Gypsy bands or solo Gypsy violinists, cimbalom players, folk musicians, special instruments like “tarogato” (taragot: clarinet type folk instrument), “tekerő lant” (the Hungarian hurdy-gurdy), special world woodwinds like duduk or shepherd flute, or even sounds from the Balkan created by tamburas, gadulka?

Here is a bit more information on just two examples of the more specialized sound that we can deliver through our rich network of contacts.
For Big Band projects, for example, we typically partner with the Modern Art Orchestra. Founded in 2005 by the internationally renowned trumpet artist and composer Kornél Fekete-Kovács, every member can play classical, jazz, or world music effortlessly, even resulting in a crossover between genres when required. It has had successful projects together with the world’s leading musicians from Bob Mintzer, Dave Liebman, Kurt Elling or Wallace Roney through Rhoda Scott, Julian Joseph, Mike Garson or Silje Neergard to Mezzoforte, New York Voices or Harlem Gospel Choir — just to name a few.
Or, for a cimbalom sound, we work with a variety of players, including the instrument’s leading experts, Kálmán Balogh, Miklós Lukács, and Bálint Tárkány-Kovács. They are classically trained and good readers.
